Wide Grip Chin-Ups - 10 reps
Reverse Flye - 10 reps
Standing Calf Raises - 15 reps
Hanging Knee raises - 20 reps
Weighted Plie Squat - 10 reps
Repeat set 2 more times
Dinner - 5 pm
1 cup of Kashi Strawberry Fields cereal with 1/2 cup of fat free milk.
